Join our team in Crystal as a full-time Scheduling Manager! This position is integral in providing an exceptional patient experience and assisting with the successful running of day-to-day operations in the clinic.
Who We Are
Community Dental Care is Minnesota's largest non-profit dental organization, providing comprehensive dental care to people of all ages across five clinics in the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo.
Scheduling Manager Responsibilities:

Manages day-to-day operations of Scheduling Coordinators and their duties

In charge of training of new Scheduling Coordinators

Address patient concerns if a challenging situation arises
-
Address provider’s schedule changes to support their schedule workflow
-
Back-up for Treatment Coordinator as needed

Inform patients of clinic protocols and procedures
-
Perform all Scheduling Coordinator duties

Coach and mentor Scheduling Coordinators/Treatment Coordinators
Crystal Clinic Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:20am-3:30pm
Friday 7:20am-2:30pm
Qualifications:

Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role

1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organized and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Experienced within MS Office or other computer software
