What are the responsibilities and job description for the Express Team MSR II position at COMMUNITY FIRST CREDIT UNION OF FLORIDA?
Role
We currently have two immediate openings to assist members and potential members with telephone inquiries; by explaining products and services, responding to problems, directing phone calls to the appropriate area, and consistently demonstrating CML Sales and Service culture skills daily.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Receive incoming phone calls, answers account, product, service, and loan questions, calculates payments, and takes loan applications on the phone from members and potential members. Processes loan papers, mails to members or directs to loan officers for disbursement.
Maintains member account information on the computer system. Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. Makes lending recommendations for loan acceptations within credit union policies and guidelines. Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members.
Assists other departments as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of local travel as driver and travel by commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
