Community First Solutions, Colonial Schools is looking for PRN, Preschool Teachers to join our Westover Preparatory School team. This Teacher will be responsible for providing an enriching atmosphere where a child can grow and develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually through play and work with his/her peers.
Salary
Is based on experience starting at $13.00

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety, supervision, direction, and needs of children.
- Responsible for communicating with parents.
- Responsible for assisting Lead Teacher with lesson planning and implementation of lessons within the framework of the school’s curriculum.
- Promotes academic, social, emotional, and physical wellness for children.
- Promotes a positive image of Colonial Schools.
- Maintains training and educational requirements for employment.
- Attends lesson plan meetings, monthly staff meetings, and other special events as planned.
- Responsible for knowledge and adherence to ODJFS licensing rules and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must have High School Diploma plus 45 in-service hours earned Early Childhood Development over a three-year period.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, preferred
- CD classes must be renewed every 3 years.
- 10 hours of approved step up to quality training each
