Central Washington Family Medicine: a service of CHCW has an opening for a fulltime clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. Responsibilities include review prescriptions, dispense medications and medication information to patients, providers, and clinic staff. You will also serve as preceptor and mentor in the professional development of staff, pharmacy interns, medical interns, and resident providers.
Qualified applicants have a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and have completed required Intern hours or equivalent to qualify for state licensure. WA Pharmacist License, certification to administer vaccines and current BLS are required. Pharmacist Preceptor License is preferred. Pre-employment drug screen required.
