You will spend some of your time as an RN Case Manager organizing care for home-based clients with a variety of medical requirements. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to assist the client in regaining and maintaining independence in the privacy of their own home. As a visiting nurse, you will give direct patient care to a wide client base, which will both personally and professionally challenge you. Job Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Indiana
- Minimum one year of nursing experience
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
