What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Community Homecare?
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is compassionate, self-motivated and customer-oriented. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in home health and the ability to work well on a team while also working independently. In addition, our Nurse will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly Supervisory visits with our EPSDT clients.
- Complete Admissions for all new EPSDT clients.
- Will require travel to our service areas which include, Clovis, Portales, Fort Sumner, Ruidoso, Alamogordo, Santa Rosa, Tucumcari, Artesia, Roswell, and Carlsbad.
- RN License required
- At least 1 year of RN experience is required.
