This position allows you to work independently while supporting a community member in their home, creating a consistent, trusting, and positive environment. Self-directed care provides the freedom to work one-on-one without agency constraints.
Tasks:
- General household cleaning
- Sweeping, dusting, and mopping floors
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Organizing and tidying, including reaching high or low storage areas
- Maintaining a neat and comfortable home environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in housekeeping
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Female preferred
- Able to pass a background check
