Immediate Openings - Positions Available working w/Adults or w/Family/Children Services

• Manager Level

  • Requires Bachelors and Minimum of Limited License Social Worker with 3 Years Experience (includes minimum of 1 year working with IDD Population).

  • Starting Salary TBD Based on Experience

• Case Workers

  • Requires Bachelor Degree in Human Services and 1 year Experience working with IDD Population

  • Starting Salary $50,112/ Year generous benefit package highlighted above.

• Case Worker Assistants

  • Requires Bachelor Degree in Any Field and 6 Months of Equivalent Experience

  • Starting Salary $47,500 / Year generous benefit package highlighted above.

• Community Health Workers

  • Requires High School Degree or Equivalent

  • Also requires 1 Year Experience working with Individuals w/disabilities*

    • Medical Assistant or Community Health Worker Certification is a plus.

    • Experience working with healthcare appointments /services or other relevant Human Services Experience is preferred.

    • *Associates Degree would be considered in lieu of experience

  • Starting Rate of Pay: $20.78 / Hour generous benefit package outlined above.
