POSITION SUMMARY:
Bayview is seeking to hire a Senior Associate, Organizational Transformation to help identify, lead, and implement organizational projects across Bayview’s diverse business portfolio. Working closely with the head of Organizational Transformation, the successful candidate will optimize Bayview’s operating model to enable its strategy. The individual will analyze and help redesign the current organizational structures, governance processes and talent management strategies across the investment and operating businesses and the top management.

- Lead a company-wide operating model review to assess the structure, the processes and the people against best practices and design an ideal operating model to deliver the firm strategy and enable growth.
- Develop a organizational transformation roadmap based on prioritized areas of focus.
- Develop a design for prioritized areas of focus (e.g., organizational structure, culture and change management plan, team optimization, meeting management, operating model) to help deliver the firm strategy.
- Execute on key initiatives from end-to-end, including working with leadership to implement required changes and manage outcomes; manage stakeholders to drive change within the organization.
- Leverage data-driven and analytical problem-solving frameworks to identify, structure and manage company-wide people and organization issues and strategic projects within the Bayview organization.
- Build and maintain broad-based relationships with business units and senior management, and with industry and professional networks, to assist in development initiatives.
- Coordinate and craft internal communications, ensuring messages from leadership are clearly articulated and understood at all levels
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong executive presence.
- Prior project management experience.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Analytical acumen and experience with basic MS tools such as excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-directed
- Works well in a collaborative team environment and in unstructured environments as needed.
- Knowledge of the Asset Management industry is ideal but not required.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm and ideally with some experience in the Organizational or Transformation practices
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
- MBA
- Ideal location for the position is New York, NY. Candidates based in other locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- This is a hybrid role
- Base compensation is expected to be $120,000 - $160,000* with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation. However, Bayview considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, location and key skills.
