The Role:
As an Early Development Educator you will work with our youngest clients, birth to three years of age, and their families. Your days will be spent will be evaluating our clients up to aged three, and their ability to do certain tasks. You will also provide individual and group educational services. While working
with and getting to know these kids, you will develop treatment plans to guide
and help them achieve important milestones. The Early Development Educator provide
services in both community settings and in families homes while making a huge
difference in the lives of children across Strafford County.

What we’re looking for: - BS of BA in Early
Childhood Education, Special Education or related field
- New Hampshire
Certification in Education (preferred)
- Knowledge and
comfort with home/community transdisciplinary model of service delivery is
needed
- Training and
experience in infant & toddler development
- Understanding and
experience with family support and experience with family systems is desirable
- Expectation that
staff will use the technology provided to perform their job
- Ability to
communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to
utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
- Valid driver’s
license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable
transportation required
