The Role:
As the Manager of our Community Participation Services (CPS) Day Programs you will oversee four CPS sites by providing direction, planning strategically, setting goals, and supervising staff. The Day Program Manager position is vital to our Community Participation Programs working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position will join a team of dedicated professionals that are committed to our mission and serving our client population and is responsible for overseeing 6 direct reports and 40 indirect reports.:

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required
- 2-3 years’ experience in supervisory role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Developmental Disabilities or closely related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and employ flexibility to meet program needs are essential
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage:
