Responsibilities:
- Educates and treats individuals with mental, emotional, and/or substance related disorders by teaching them to function within their community.
- Offer psychosocial services and medication management in order to assist the individuals adjust to their social environment also aiding with job training, housing needs and family support issues.
- Monitors the individual's progress, helps them achieve social integration goals, and intervenes in crisis situations.
- Uses problem solving techniques in order to gain successful outcome.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in human service-related field.
