As an Assistant Program Director at the Crisis and Diversion Program, you assist in the supervision and location operation of this program for individuals with mental health diagnosis and forensic background at the direction of the program director. You will also:
- Monitor program and staff compliance to all company policies and procedures and all regulatory standards.
- Supervise, train, and oversee the performance management of all staff.
- Ensure the development and implementation of individual program plans and activities.
- Be willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.
- Have a commitment to promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion.
This position offers:
- $42,000 to $46,000 per year based on experience.
- Full-Time (40 hours per week) Tuesday through Saturday - 3 PM to 11 PM, including on-call.

About the Program:
- The Dauphin County Crisis and Diversion Program is designed to provide short-term, intensive support to prevent hospitalizations and facilitate the individual's reintegration into the community.

Qualification:
Must have one of the following:
- A Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with persons who have mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals who have mental illness and/or IDD.
Must have all of the following:
- At least 1 year of strong supervision/management experience required.
- Able to work on-call as needed.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to learn software programs (electronic health records, time & attendance, etc.) and to use them frequently.
- Willingness to align with CSG's Mission and Core Values.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
