```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Implement individualized care plans and document progress and observations
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of care systems and procedures, including HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals of all ages
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as necessary
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- High school diploma or equivalent
