What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Companion Pet Hospital?
We are seeking a part and full time client service representatives to join our practice. The position requires the candidate to be available mornings, evenings, and weekends.
The right candidate must possess the following:
Be friendly, enthusiastic, professional, dependable, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Computer proficient with strong and clear communication skills. Be able to follow direction, be proactive and be a self starter. Basic medical knowledge is a plus but will train the right candidate. Above all, the right addition to our team must love animals and be willing to learn!
Job duties include but not limited to:
A friendly voice on the phone when answering incoming / outgoing calls
Greeting patients and clients when in the practice in a friendly manner
Always be willing to learn
Keep a safe and clean reception area
Support continuity among work teams
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
We also always looking for an amateur photographer for our social media
