We are a small, busy, family owned vet clinic in Snohomish looking to add someone to our team. Looking for a reliable person who is ready to work hard.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer multi phone lines, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient information in the computer system
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
