If so, we are looking to add you to our team as a Check In Chiropractic Assistant. We exist to help people live healthier, better lives. We are looking for a like minded person wanting to join us in our vision. Our hours are Monday thru Thursdays from 8:30 am-12:30 pm and 2:30pm-6:00pm. Weekly hours range from 31-33 typically.

*When we host evening workshops so a day may run to 7:00pm on occasion.

We also have some weekend out of town travel as a team to multiple conferences per year.

Pay starts at $15 per hour during competency training period (60 days). Once competency is established pay increases to $16.50. Other increases/bonuses may be available over time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Huddle
  • Prepare appointment specific paperwork for day
  • Print Exam List
  • Lead Huddle
  • Turn Music On/Change during Report time
  • Managing the ‘state’ of the office
  • Greet patients
  • Check patients in
  • Manage Patient Appointments
  • Manage Office Flow
  • Inform Doctor of Patient Arrivals for Special Appointments
  • Missed Appointment Calls
  • Adding Missed Appointment Transactions
  • “Stop Managing” the patient to make-up the missed appointment
  • Answer incoming phone calls if Check-Out CA is unable
  • Schedule Appointments (Make-up and otherwise)
  • Make reminder/confirmation calls for NP consultations
  • Print Daily Transactions/Stats for Adjusting Doctors to review
  • Enter and track daily appointment stats
  • Entering/Deleting proper transactions and “stop managers”
  • Promote “promotions” with hand-outs, flyers and communications

Skills

  • Technology (ability to learn and use computers, email, iPad, phones is a must). Everything we do is technology dependent therefore it must be done efficiently and well.
  • People (must enjoy interacting with people face to face and through technology. You will be face to face with people all day, everyday.)
  • Team Player (have a team first attitude working shoulder to shoulder with other people.)
  • Communication (excellent communication skills is a must. For example, make complex things seem simple, listen more than you speak, constantly view things from the other person's perspective, and good ole fashion kindness).
  • Math (Need to be comfortable with a calculator, numbers and math.)
  • Growth (must have the desire to learn something new and do it until you become great).
  • Humility (must be willing to receive feedback and correction so that you can become your best you).
  • Attitude (must have the ability to have a great attitude no matter what may be going on in your life).
  • Organizational skills are needed. There are MANY details that will have to be managed throughout each day.
  • No prior experience is required as long as you've got a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in the health industry is NOT required.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
