What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician II position at Compass Health Network?
Compensation: $17.37 hourly
To provide support services to the assigned facilities with regard to maintaining the plant, equipment, offices, residential areas and grounds of multiple facilities in order to provide a safe and operational environment. Must have working knowledge and understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance methods and procedures.
• Three or more year’s maintenance, carpentry or similar skilled trade experience required, however, higher level education can be substituted for experience
• High School/GED preferred
• A valid driver’s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Class E Missouri driver’s license by the end of 60-days required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Maintain and repair facilities while meeting and maintaining compliance with the local building and fire codes
• Enter data into computerized work order management system
• Work with minimal supervision and with multiple types of tools to complete assigned tasks
• Assist with small projects that are completed by in-house staff
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
EDUCATION
High School/GED preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Three or more year’s maintenance, carpentry or similar skilled trade experience required
