We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and loyal individual to join our amazing team and grow our practice as a full-time CASE MANAGER.
- Clinic hours are Mon-Thurs, 7:300am – 6:00pm; NO FRIDAYS!!!!

The primary responsibility of this individual is to develop relationships with prospective new patients and start new patients into care plans (financial presentation/close). Treatment Plan Coordinating Meetings are held with the provider team to determine which treatment is appropriate for each patient. In addition, the case manager provides exceptional service while assisting each patient as they progress through their treatment plan(s). This position is for someone who is a confident, naturally gifted communicator. Furthermore, an ideal candidate is an innate salesperson who fearlessly accepts the challenge of inspiring people to invest in their health and get started on path to healing.
Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: communicating, scheduling, and confirming appointments; answering phones, greeting patients, taking payments; medical front office - scanning, uploading, filing patient documents, insurance verification; scheduling appointments of all types; patient recall and reactivation; new patient intake and triage; taking vitals and histories, communicating with provider team; performing patient “check-ins” and communicating with provider team about patient progress; digital, internal, and external sales/marketing; daily and weekly cleaning assignments determined by management; other clerical assignments as determined by management.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, plus bonus potential.
Benefits: PTO/Vacation, Training.
Education: Minimum of Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years preferred, with knowledge in areas of Sales, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Treatment Plans, Medical Front Office (preferred- not required). For the right individual, we will train in any/all areas needed!
