What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at Compassion Home Care?
Home care agency seeks dedicated and reliable staff in ALL OF CAPE MAYCOUNTY to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assistance needed includes:
*Companion services (sit and talk with them, take a walk, play games)
*Meal Preparation (Prepare meals daily or weekly)
*Transportation services (grocery shopping, programs, dr appointments)
*Housekeeping (dishes, laundry, vacuum, light dusting)

REQUIREMENTS:
*At least 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
*Vehicle and Drivers License needed- clients may need transportation to/from dr appointments, grocery stores
AVAILABLE CASES:
OVERNIGHT 8p-8a, 11pm to 8am
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
Salary : $15 - $20
