About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Aides at Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC in Fresno, CA. As a Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
- Registered Home Care Aide
- TB test
