- Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.
- Engage clients in recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Ensure client safety and well-being during all interactions and activities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and respect for client rights.
Requirements:
- certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
