This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) and is based out of the IA-Johnson; MN-Lakeville; MN-Rochester or MN-Mankato office location(s).

The Contributions You Will Make

This position provides leadership to Client Service team members who are responsible for delivering high quality client service to support the effective delivery of credit and financial products and services to current and prospective clients. The incumbent directly manages all team members within the assigned areas of responsibility.

A Typical Day

  • Aids in establishing and developing guidelines to ensure the team provides a consistent quality level of service, which is timely, thorough and responsive to all clients.
  • Hires, develops, motivates, coaches, evaluates, trains and rewards department team members.
  • Provides clear and timely communication and feedback to all team members on expectations and goals.
  • Promotes a positive work environment that leverages the talents and abilities of team members in achieving organizational and team goals.
  • Collaborates, partners and works closely with others to develop, nurture and service all aspects of the team relationship model within assigned area of expertise.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory expectations for business unit and ensures team members execute appropriately.
  • Informs team and executes changes and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Determines and effectively communicates performance standards and development plans and assesses performance against standards.

The Skills And Experience We Prefer You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Strong experience in lending, compliance and underwriting in a financial institution.
  • Some leadership and management experience, preferred.
  • General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture, along with basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Understanding of credit, loan processing, loan servicing or loan closing in a financial lending environment.
  • Leadership skills to select, evaluate, engage, motivate, mentor, train, delegate, reward and lead remote team members.
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

How We Will Take Care Of You

Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

Base Pay

$66,000 - $99,700 USD
