Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-requested work products
- Managing and training Case Assistants
- Communicating with clients in a clear, professional, and conscience manner
- Managing and overseeing a high volume of orders
- Promptly checking-in records, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines for rush and urgent orders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Some legal background is preferred, but not required
- A can-do attitude
- Proven track record of coming up with out-of-the-box solutions
