About the Job
The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) will act as the “face” of the Compleat Rehab clinic, providing excellent customer service while also onboarding new patients, managing their treatment schedules, and providing billing and payment collection support.
Requirements
- Pass a Background Check
- Associate degree proffered
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding customer service skills
- 2 years front desk/receptionist experience would be nice.
