Directs and coordinates activities of Client Care employees engaged in Client Care accounts of patients by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Client Care Manager acts as a liaison between an organization and its client. This person works to resolve problems and ensure that all procedures and daily functions are working as expected. The Client Care Manager works to ensure client satisfaction with an organization’s service. They are the primary point of contact for the client.
Essential Duties of the Position
- Establishes and monitors productivity standards, quality improvement and directs staff in meeting department goals
- Prepares timely month-end closing activities
- Screen, interview, and hire new employees
- Arrange for the training of new employees and continuous training of current staff
- Counsel staff with disciplinary and productivity issues
- Work as a liaison between Client Care staff and other staff members
- Work as a liaison between Client Care staff and Clients
- Resolve issues escalated by Clients and/or Client Care staff
- Identify workflow/process inefficiencies. Develop and implement workflow/process improvements
- Meet deadlines for account review and performance tracking based on requests from senior management
- Reviews and distributes the CCHBA High Balance Report on a weekly basis
- Other duties as assigned

- Must possess a thorough understanding of Complete Billing Services employee handbook as well as policies & procedures surrounding all related functions and systems
- Must have the ability to effectively deal with conflict and enforce all policies and procedures listed in the CBS Company Handbook, including any revisions
- Must keep any and all procedures pertaining to Client Care Department updated
- Must have detailed knowledge of CBS Accident, Work Comp, Liens, and Insurance Follow-up Programs, and all related documents outlining the various policies and procedures
- Must have working knowledge of UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms
- Must have working knowledge of insurance follow-up practices
Difficulty of Work
The work can include some difficult aspects dealing with clients on the phone.

The incumbent works in a team concept. Work is independent in nature. The incumbent makes a substantial impact on the client, employees, and management.

Incumbent works with clients, colleagues, team leads, supervisors and management staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,680.31 - $50,000.00 per year
