RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:
Administering treatments and documentation.
Performing assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
Any other job duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:
Must have an active license as an RN.
Experience preferred, not required.
