Now Hiring – Registered Nurse (RN) WEEKEND Supervisor
Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) WEEKEND Supervisor:
- Administering treatments and documentation
- Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
- Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
- Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
- Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
- Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) WEEKEND Supervisor
- Must have an active RN license in the state of NJ
- RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred
