Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring that all care provided meets regulatory standards and best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing resident care plans, ensuring that all residents receive personalized and high-quality care.
- Mentor and train nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help monitor clinical outcomes to enhance resident care.
- Ensure that nursing practices comply with state and federal regulations, including documentation and reporting.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- Nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
