NOW HIRING:
Full Time Guest Services Director
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the transition of new residents and their family members to the facility upon admission.
- Ensure empty rooms are ready prior to scheduled admissions.
- Act as the liaison between the dietary department and the residents to ensure needs are met.
- Answer call lights and address resident needs as appropriate within scope of abilities.
- Build strong rapport with all departments in the facility.
- Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Administrator, DON or designee.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in customer service position, preferably in skilled nursing facility.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group
