Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
· Active, unencumbered PA LPN license
· Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
· Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice
· Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
· Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
