Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active and unrestricted CNA certification
- Prior experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and positioning
- Prepare and maintain residents' rooms with necessary supplies, including medical equipment and personal items
- Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Accurately document care and complete reports in a timely manner
- Adhere to local, state, and federal care regulations
- Demonstrate teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Schedule & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $20.50 – $23.00 per hour, depending on eligibility
- Flexible scheduling: Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
- Daily Pay option available
- Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO)
- Waive PTO & Insurance Benefits: $2.00 per hour for full-time employees
- Tuition reimbursement: Up to $2,500 per semester and $5,000 annually for eligible full-time employees
