Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Duties
- Lead and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and specifications
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to track progress and milestones
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and feasibility before execution
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and implementing cost-control measures
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards such as OSHA regulations and industry best practices
- Oversee site safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and enforce OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
- Read and interpret technical documents including schematics, blueprints, and construction estimating reports
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and HeavyBid for cost estimation in complex projects
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for stakeholders
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools
- Proven track record in construction site management with supervising experience across multiple projects
- Strong understanding of construction management principles including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance
- Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in construction estimating techniques with a focus on accurate cost projections
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of contracts administration and negotiation processes within the construction industry
- Familiarity with pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is a plus
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing on-site
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction environments
