Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic construction management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Duties

• Lead and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and specifications
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to track progress and milestones
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and feasibility before execution
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and implementing cost-control measures
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards such as OSHA regulations and industry best practices
• Oversee site safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and enforce OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
• Read and interpret technical documents including schematics, blueprints, and construction estimating reports
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and HeavyBid for cost estimation in complex projects
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for stakeholders

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools
• Proven track record in construction site management with supervising experience across multiple projects
• Strong understanding of construction management principles including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance
• Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Skilled in construction estimating techniques with a focus on accurate cost projections
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of contracts administration and negotiation processes within the construction industry
• Familiarity with pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is a plus
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing on-site
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction environments
