Outpatient therapy group that exclusively provides care in the home of the patient. We are based in Naples, FL.
This is not traditional home health, as we are not a home health agency.
- Our patients are NOT required to be home-bound.
- NO home health agency paperwork/requirements.
Looking for Physical Therapist Assistant that would like to have a 50-100% full caseload, as patient volume is readily available.
