- PC Computer Savvy, with ease learning new applications
- Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Insurance company experience
- Professional phone voice
- Strong work ethic
- Arriving at offices on time and staying late if needed
- Experience in Xactimate and Dash/Mica
