Complete Wheel Restoration is a leading wheel repair company serving Central Arkansas with both mobile and in-shop services. We repair cosmetic damage (curb rash, scratches), structural issues (bent or cracked wheels), and offer powder coating and CNC machining for machine-faced wheels. We take pride in doing the job right — removing wheels from vehicles, avoiding overspray, and delivering factory-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic repairs: curb rash, scratches, and refinishing
- Straighten bent wheels and repair minor cracks
- Operate CNC lathe for machine-faced wheel repair
- Sandblast and prep wheels for powder coating
- Mount, balance, and remount wheels and tires
- Use hand tools, grinders, polishers, spray guns, etc.
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace (mobile van and shop)
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with body shops/dealerships
Requirements
- 1 years of wheel repair, bodywork, or automotive experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving and working in a mobile unit
- Able to lift wheels and tires (up to ~50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
