Description
We are a busy, upscale salon and spa looking for talented stylists who LOVE what they do and have a passion for top quality customer care and providing beautiful hair. Our diverse offering of services ensures that all of our stylists’ talents are utilized to their fullest potential.
The candidate must have graduated from an accredited cosmetology school and have an active cosmetology license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
The Hair Stylist Responsibilities are:
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Perform services on clients; haircuts, wash and styles, color, highlighting, balayage, corrective color, scalp and hair treatments, facial waxing and more
Sweep, sanitize and disinfect the work area after every guest
Assist in sanitizing and disinfecting salon on a daily basis
Update customers on current beauty products and make recommendations for home care.
Suggest when they should return for their next appointment.
Provide top quality customer experience
Wash and sanitize linens, professional salon tools and equipment
Attend mandatory team meetings, daily success meetings, and educational events
Participate in community events to promote self and salon
Starting Hourly wage $16.00 guarantee or commission
