Complexions is seeking an organized individual to join the team at Complexions Spa as an assistant to the owner. Looking for an outgoing and confident individual who can multi task and have excellent attention to detail. This position is currently part time with the potential for full time employment. Someone with experience with internal and external marketing including event planning, as well as some graphic design is a huge plus. Office responsibilities
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high level support for the owner and other leads
Prepare documents
Schedule Zoom Meetings
Prepare Meeting notes
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Copy, file and maintain paper
Assist in various projects as needed
Some Data Entry
Check preperation
Requirements:
3-5 years of Office Expereince
Professionally polished with exceptional communicaiton skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Stong proficiency in excel, word, power point, outlook and quickbooks
Strong computer skills a must
Always maintain strict confidentiality
