Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist with AI startup located in Detroit, MI, with some work from home being acceptable. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Daily tasks include recruitment, interviewing, onboarding new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skilled in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
