MEDICAL ASSISTANT - OPHTHALMOLOGY
We have a Full-time MEDICAL ASSISTANT – OPHTHALMOLOGY opportunity available for an experienced medical assistant, certified MA, certified nursing assistant, optometric technician, optician, or ophthalmic technician. Are you looking to serve our patients working side by side with our physicians and providing direct patient care within a large-scale ophthalmic practice? Zion Eye Institute has three locations in the Southern Utah area. We were named Best Ophthalmologist practice in Southern Utah in 2022. This is a TEAM role that will need your patience, high levels of communication, and integrity
Our MEDICAL ASSISTANTS – OPHTHALMOLOGY work to assist our doctors and our patients through prescreen testing, exam preparation and patience, positivity, and productivity.

Qualifications
A successful candidate for MEDICAL ASSISTANT – OPHTHALMOLOGY has the following:
- A high school diploma
- A committed work history that shows longevity and growth
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare or medical office environment- specifically ophthalmic or optometric care.
- Prepare patients to see the doctor.
- Able to stand with mobility for extended periods of time
- The ability to work at different work locations during the day on occasion- clean DMV and/or transportation required.
- An interest in self education and career growth. This is not a job; it is a healthcare career.
Salary : $16 - $18
