What are the responsibilities and job description for the Locums Neurosurgeon position at Comprehensive Level One Staffing?
🧠Imagine Transforming Lives Without Sacrificing Your Own
We’re calling on a board-certified neurosurgeon ready to make a high-level impact while preserving peace of mind, rest, and clarity—yes, even while on trauma call.
At a cutting-edge trauma center just outside vibrant St. Louis, you’ll step into a well-oiled machine: a team of six neurosurgeons, backed by eight experienced PAs, four dedicated neurosurgical ORs, dual O-arms, state-of-the-art microscopes, and every tool you need to serve at your highest level.
But here’s the game changer…
After 9 PM, non-emergent consults are held until morning—giving you actual sleep while on call. This is more than a locums assignment—it’s a rare intersection of service and self-preservation.
This role is not for everyone. It’s for the neurosurgeon who values:
- Fixed daily rates—know your worth before the first incision.
- Mastery-level teammates—you’re not alone; you’re aligned.
- A leadership-driven partnership—you’ll collaborate directly with the founder of Comprehensive Level One Staffing, who also takes call.
The truth: most trauma calls demand everything and give little back. This one? It restores while it challenges. Elevates while it serves.
Are you ready to lead, rest, and perform at the apex?
Step into the rare. Claim the edge. This seat is reserved for a neurosurgeon who says yes—to excellence without exhaustion.
