*EXPERIENCED - IT Field Computer Service Technician
You must have IT Field Computer Service Technician (FST) experience and shall provide IT technical support to an assigned route of stores within the FST’s geographical area of residence. The FST may travel 75 to 100 mile radius to maintain their assigned stores. The FST will be motivated and deliver a required high energy customer service experience. The FST will represent the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicate clearly and effectively with the client. The FST will work in a fast paced environment with high demands & must attain a keen, quick IT troubleshooting skill. The FST will provide in scope efforts to support IT (computers, printers, fiber optics, telephones, POS equipment, wireless access points, server room equipment, etc.) specific equipment. FST must have the required experience and skills to perform and complete IT tasks.
Responsibilities
- Check in and out of the location electronically on arrival and departure with smart phone.
- Check in with management upon arrival, build & maintain professional relationship.
- Visit dept's starting with front end POS, meet with dept. leads for updates & needs.
- Access ticketing system to retrieve duties, order parts & close tickets.
- Verify all Access Points (AP’s) are active, troubleshoot/fix as needed.
- Verify & document activity on Cyberex via hyper address, report issues.
- Fix all IT issues reported by helpdesk or associates and document.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on IT scheduled equipment.
- Perform project work & complete before scheduled deadlines.
- Close tickets daily related to IT problems and IT preventive maintenance resolutions.
- Accountable for tool inventory, supplies, parts stock and maintaining a company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
