ComResource is looking for a Head of Technology.
We need someone to assist in leading IT operations, strategy, and innovation, driving the transformation of our technology platform and integrating advanced solutions including AI.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage IT budgets across platforms and brands
- Ensure system, data, and operational security with minimal cybersecurity risk
- Shape future-state technology architecture and prioritize investments
- Build and lead internal/external IT resources and service providers
- Oversee IT asset management, operations, and reporting
- Optimize IT vendor contracts and performance metrics
- Provide strategic leadership with a focus on enterprise scalability
Essentials:
- Proven experience as an IT executive or Head of Technology in a high-growth, acquisitive organization
- Strong background in AI, retail, or B2C environments
- Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and board members
- Deep knowledge of enterprise IT systems and operations
Desired:
- Experience modernizing legacy systems and platforms
- Prior leadership of IT functions through M&A activity
- Understanding of AI integration in consumer-facing environments
