Concept Dentistry is looking for a Dental Insurance Specialist. The specialist will manage the incoming phone calls for our companies’ locations and perform various administrative duties which pertain to dental insurance.
The ideal candidate is motivated, positive, energetic, team driven, and always looking for areas to grow in their profession. Have excellent customer service, and work closely with our patients to explain benefits and communicate any insurance concerns. Has knowledge of dental procedures and insurance billing codes. A background working with Dental Insurance is required for this position.
Salary range is DOE. This is a full time position with benefits. Benefit packages include Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Continuing Education, attire allowance, Paid Time Off and Holidays.
