What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Concept Kitchen and Bath?
Concept Kitchen and Bath, desing build custom remodeling company is looking for an experienced full charge bookkeeper to assist in managing all accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multitasker, is reliable, and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
*Demonstrate thorough understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices
*Execute processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries and bank/credit card reconciliations
*Advanced level Quickbooks Desktop user
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
*Accounting and Management reporting including but not limited to, A/P, A/R, Income Statement. Profitability and Balance Sheet
*Complete tasks related to administration and special projects as assigned
*Maintain and organize accounting files
Requirements:
7 years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed level multi company Accounting support – accounts payable, accounts receivable and closing books on a monthly basis.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
Willingness to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
