Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Cincinnati, OH
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership and a desire to advance your career? We’re seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our exceptional team in Cincinnati, OH!
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed RN in the state of Ohio.
- Management experience (Unit Manager or similar role preferred).
- A team player who is ready to support the Director of Nursing and lead by example.
- Willingness to become certified as an Infection Preventionist (we’ll support you in achieving this certification!).
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in overseeing the nursing department to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Be available on-call as needed to support the facility.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
