What You’ll Do
· Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for Management Team like President, CEO and Head of Finance.
· Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items for Management Team.
· Draft and format presentations, reports, and internal communications.
· Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
· Support in tracking deadlines, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination.
· Assist with any office administrative needs including but not limited to written correspondence, printing and copying forms, and sending out communications.
· Support the Head of Finance with financial presentations, monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
· Assist with board materials, leadership reports, and high-level correspondence.
· Provides high-level administrative and project support to Head of Finance.
· Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
· Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
· Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and executive level decisions.
· Organize executive events, leadership meetings, and special projects.
· Maintain organized filing systems and improve administrative processes.
What You Bring
· 2 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally including finance leadership.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Comfort working with legal, financial documents and data.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
