Title: .Net Software Engineer
Location: Westlake, TX
Duration: 12 months
CANDIDATE PROFILE: 6 years in complex IT projects/initiatives. 1.) Very strong in .NET 2.) Very strong in SQL **Sybase is preferred**
INTERVIEW PROCESS: ONE round 60-minute panel
Description:
- 10 years of experience in software delivery, with at least 6 years in complex IT projects/initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business-related field.
- Ability to perform technical analysis of sophisticated applications
- Strong Dot Net, SQL, and Cloud experience.
- Experience in Jenkins and CICD pipeline
- A quick learner and willing to take initiative.
- Experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
- Proven hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Ability to successfully deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments.
- Collaborative approach to problem solving and your ability to adapt plans based on organizational dynamics and constraints
- Can organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical individuals.
