FULL TIME - IN PERSON - WHITE PLAINS NY - M-F 8AM-5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER :
- Assist small business customers with inquiries related to telecom products
- Complete product presentations to close sales
- Use iPad to enter orders after the sale is completed
- Maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service to be able to represent our client in a professional manner when working with business owners and decision makers
- Work with our business clients one-on-one and in person to discuss our current products and services
- Develop a trusting relationship with business clients by addressing all questions and concerns professionally
- Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customer's issues and needs
- Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience
