Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Capital Markets Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in raising equity for our real estate investments by sourcing and cultivating investor relationships. Concord partners with major family offices and high-net worth individuals seeking real estate investment opportunities with above-market risk-adjusted returns. The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for networking and developing new relationships with prospective clients. This is a commission-only role with significant upside potential for top performers.
Responsibilities:
- Source and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment advisors
- Execute outbound capital-raising campaigns through networking, referrals, events, and cold outreach
- Manage the investor funnel from initial contact through close
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine offering materials, pitch decks, and investor communications
- Stay current on firm offerings, market trends, and investor feedback to continuously refine capital-raising strategies
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in capital markets, capital formation, CRE brokerage, prop-tech sales, investor relations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build investor trust
- Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently
- Deep interest in real estate investing and capital markets
- Existing investor relationships are a plus, but not required
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings. Compensation is tied directly to capital raised.
